I just wanted to take a moment and take the time to send a heartfelt "THANK YOU" to Bob Barnfield for making my experience with your dealer be so enjoyable. You really took the time to make me feel comfortable and to help out with my deal on my new CFMoto ZForce 800 EX EPS. I also want thank you for taking the time to also help my good friend with the purchase of her new CFMoto ZForce 500 Trail. I know that working two deals at once can be a bit of a chore, but you made the whole process easy and effortless. We both love our new machines and as I mentioned, I have several friends that are now actively exploring purchasing a new UTV and would like to look into the CFMoto brand. I have told them that whenever they are ready, to contact you directly and mention my name. I would certainly anticipate they would get the same level of customer service that you afforded both me and my friend in our deals. Once again... thank you very much for your time and courtesy this past few weeks. I truly believe that you will be hearing from my friends in the near future to discuss the possibility of making a UTV purchase from you!!!

Here's a true story of great customer service from MotoCity. Happened to me.just today!
I'm on my 2011 Honda NT 700 headed for a business meeting in Dewey-Humbolt, Arizona.about 90 minutes north of Phoenix via I-17 and AZ 69. It's a beautiful late winter day.perfect for riding, and I thought I'd take the bike instead of the Prius. I couldn't be happier. Suddenly the back end of the Honda started to sway from side to side. The tire bead had blown and I was running on a flat. I'd had this happen before on a big CLC Beemer, so I knew what I had to do: Get off at the exit (about 1/8th mile further north) and try to make it to Anthem Way at the top of the ramp. I'd seen a Harley dealership at that exit, and if I could limp over they might be able to help me.
I had no luck getting Anthem Way! Got stuck on the berm half way up the off-ramp with no tire left on the rim. I couldn't get the side-stand to hold the bike because of the pavement pitch, and there was no way I was getting the bike up on the center-stand with no rear tire. So, there I am in the dirt trying to hold the bike upright with one arm, and fumbling for my cell phone with the other.
First call was to my client to let her know there would probably be a change in today's plans. Second call was to my wife who doesn't like me riding a motorcycle in the first place. "Honey, I'm okay, but can you come get me? I blew a tire and am sitting halfway up the exit ramp at Anthem." In the coolest voice she could muster she said, "Sure. I'll be right there." (No panic. No tension. Only peace and calm. Hey, how many of you folks reading this post have a spouse with that much presence of mind?)
While I'm still holding the bike upright, waving the traffic to the left and fumbling with my phone, I find Buddy Stubbs Harley at Anthem on the Internet. A few seconds later I'm talking to their service department. "You're where?" the guy asks.
"Look. I can see your dealership sign from where I'm standing. The north off-ramp at Anthem," I respond.
He then says to me, "Let me give you the number of MotoCity. They're right behind the Circle K on the west side of I-17. Those are the guys you want to call."
With no pen, pencil, paper and my memory fried by this time.I told the guy I'd look it up on the Internet. And that's what I did. Next thing I know I'm talking to John Jenkins at MotoCity. The conversation went like this:
Lance: Hey, my name is Lance Decker and I'm broken down with a flat time at the Anthem exit."
John: "Yes, I know who you are and I already sent a trailer to come get you.."
Lance: "You did what???"
John: "I was behind you when you pulled off the road, but I couldn't back down the ramp to let you know I was there. There's a guy coming right now to pick you and your bike up, and bring you over to the shop. I figured that would be okay
Lance: "Okay? Okay??? Of course it's okay!!!
John: "And we have some good prices on tires if you want us to fix it for you."
Within 5 minutes a guy with a motorcycle trailer and a Marine tatoo shows up. He helps me stabilize the bike, and I take the first calm breath of air I'd had in 20 minutes. A second truck and mechanic showed up two minutes later and the three of us load the Honda onto the trailer. They strap it down and we take the 2 minute drive to MotoCity where I meet John face-to-face and tell him that. in my whole life I've never had customer service as good as I got from MotoCity that day. John says, "Look. We run this business on one principle: We're riders serving riders."
By the time my wife arrived, "G" the service manager had given me an estimate and was searching for some tires that would fit this odd-ball Honda. Jeanine (my wife) and I took off for Dewey-Humbolt and my appointment.arriving less that 30 minutes late from the original ETA. The only downside to this story is that.because Jeanine had to wait for three hours while I had my meeting, she found some outlet stores in Prescott Valley and did some shopping.but that's a story for another time.
Thanks John, "G" and the Marine (Sempre Fi) whose name I already forgot and who was first to arrive to get my butt out of the road. Great customer service!!!Lance Decker -

LOOK NO FURTHER! If you are in the market for a new motosports toy, go see Don Little and company at MotoCity Anthem. He will take care you without any of the hassle ALL the other dealers in STATE so graciously provide you with. I was able to get a quote off their website and Don replied within an HOUR with a stock level AND Out-the-door price! And low and behold, OTD means OTD at MotoCity.
NO OTHER DEALER in the STATE could even come close to the deal Don provided. The other dealers all gave the "we would be losing money at that price" BS. Hey, guess what "other dealers" if its all about maximizing profits on EVERY unit, then you are right, HOWEVER, MOVING units also creates profit via volume of units sold, maybe not at the level of greedy you guys might be at, but profit is profit.
My whole deal was done via email and HONORED once I walked in the door. I drove from NE Mesa all the way to Anthem and once I got there, Don had my bike set aside and ready to be prepped. Did the whole paperwork dance and was in and out within about an hour (it was midweek, so they probably had only one tech in the service area which may have been why there was a slight delay in final prep of my bike). The drive was definitely worth it! I got what I was looking for without any hassle and the transaction went smoothly.
If I could give a 10 star rating I would. Go see Don @ MotoCity Anthem he will make sure you get what you are looking for without the drama and hassle. I was out the next day riding my new dirt bike THANKS AGAIN DON @ MOTOCITY!!! BRRAAAAAAAAPPPPP!!!!!!Ibe Ryan -

Joe Pitruzzello -
Excellent service. In and out in less than 1.5 hours. Absolutely painless and none of the typical dealer B.S. Without a doubt, a smart move for anyone to stop by MotoCity.
Nolan Draus -
Great people to deal with. From the owner to the counter people to the technicians. Felt very comfortable buying from them. Tom and John are the best!
Dan Alessandrino -
I went to MotoCity and the experience was awesome! The owner John couldn't have been nicer and was honest with NO BS sales pitch like out dealers. He beat comparable Side by Side's in price by a bunch. So, if your looking to buy and don't want to hear the typical car salesman price negotiation scam then go see John.

Had lots of problems with my Polaris razor after the update didn't trust the dealerships , as what they were telling me didn't make any sense . They were lying to cover up for Polaris factory . My razor has never ran as good as it does now thanks Moto city for fixing me up and getting me on the dunes !! you guys rock!!!
Dave Blunt -
John and his staff were amazing. Made everything so simple and are the go to shop for all off road needs. Water and patience, they have plenty. Thank you guys for all the extra service!!

I had a great experience with Moto City during my purchase of a Kawasaki KLR650. I haven't been on two wheels in about thirteen years, and I wanted to be confident with my decision. Wes was great. No hassle, no pressure. He answered my questions, and if he couldn't then he asked someone else. He wasn't pushy at all. I believe that I paid a fair price.

Found the bike I wanted, sales people came to see if I needed anything (unlike another place in the valley I tried and got no where). Came back a week later when I got paid, and bike was sold. I was sad, but the staff order me exactly what I wanted, makes my beautiful FZ-07 that much more special to me. I haven't spent a day off the bike since. Took her in for service, staff once again helpful and accommodating. Even got the bike done ahead of time. I been telling the guys at work to shop here for their bikes. Thank you again MotoCity.

Great buying experience! No nonsense, no pressure, no hassle, great deal. I love my new TTR230 and hubby loves his pre-owned Trail Boss. Had an enduro kit installed on my bike and the service department did a fantastic job! Whenever we walk in the guys treat us like old friends and are so helpful. MotoCity made a customer for life!

The Service Dept is Top Notch! Dave was my service writer... and I explained the electrical gremlins which had taken over my 1190 Adv R. He sounded confident that they would be able to sort it out quickly. After inspection my crank position sensor was found to be faulty... Once fixed, the tech found my bike needed several other simple electrical configurations tweaked in the software. Now I am back on the road and my bill was even less than originally quoted. Nice work guys! I'll be back!
